Shipping Policy – Auralux

Auralux partners with major international shipping carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, SF Express, and EMS, along with local couriers worldwide. This allows us to deliver directly to your door and offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 10 business days
  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Friday)
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays

Once your order is being processed, it cannot be changed or modified, including address changes.

All payments are subject to verification and approval. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • All orders include tracking numbers
  • Tracking updates may take several days to appear in carrier systems
  • If no tracking update appears after 5 business days, please contact us

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 10–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days
  • Mexico, Central & South America: 15–30 business days

Note: These do not include the 2–5 business day processing time.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on warehouse location and availability.


Delays & Uncontrollable Events

Auralux is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Labor strikes or transport disruptions
  • Carrier delays

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Auralux has no control over these fees
  • If a package is refused, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any import costs

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Auralux is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered.

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Please contact your local carrier first to file a claim
  • We may require carrier confirmation when reviewing claims

Claims must be reported promptly using tracking and delivery confirmation data.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Orders begin processing immediately after purchase
  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed
  • If the order has already been processed, we cannot retrieve or modify it
