At Auralux, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • Items must show no visible signs of damage or use
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • Any damage may void the Auralux guarantee
  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days

Non-returnable items include:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

To process a return, you may be required to provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email with order number).

Exchanges

For exchanges, please email HelloAuralux@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will guide you through the process.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed
  • A credit will be issued to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

Gifts

Damaged or Defective Items
